Hi Tammie,, Well, I finally finished my Rod Stewart wall hanging just in
time for Rod's current tour. I was undecided whether to give it to him or not but I took it to the Vancouver concert to
show it to him during the concert. The end result being that we went to his dressing room and I got to show it to him and
he loved it. He said that we was going to get it framed, so needless to say I gave him the wall hanging and have a
picture with him and the wall hanging. I also got a hug and 3 kisses for my efforts.
I really enjoyed doing the quilted photo and will have to do
another one of Rod so that I can keep it. Everybody justs loves the results and are amazed that it is made of fabric.
Thanks again for showing me a wonderful way to reproduce my pictures using fabrics. Thanks
Jean Allbeury
P.S. Here is the photo with Rod, me and the wall hanging. Can you imagine something
that I made will be framed and hanging in Rod Stewart's house!

Tammie,
Your revised website is great. I had been very worried about you because through you I have really
found my artistic voice. I met you in Nashville and my art life has never been the same. This is an awesome technique! LOVE IT!!!
I just order the new deluxe version. I can't wait to try the upgrade. My mind is racing with the possibilites.
I will try to be patient - lol.
Oh, I should tell you I have not limited the use of your software to just fabric ... I have experimented with wood, clay and paint.
I am a huge fan and so glad to know you are well and thriving.
take care,

I am attaching the Marine picture of my son and a picture of me
holding up the quilt at work. I am a Registered Nurse at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System in Palo Alto, CA, and it is our mission to
care for our veterans, so how appropriate that the picture is taken there. It gave me great pleasure to create this quilt, and I am so excited
to share it with you. Thanks for your software and your inspiration.

Tammie, I'm too excited to wait to send you the totally finished product. This wall hanging is one of three(grandsons)
that I am doing for my in-laws for a Christmas gift. I have not decided how the finished product will be: either over canvas or as a quilted wall hanging. It is
done in 1/4" squares, 65 x 70, size now is 19" x 21". I will send photos of the other 2 when they reach this
point and then again when complete. My mother and husband thought I was nuts cutting the fabric for this
project, my husband asked several times if I was going to reconsider and try a different project. My mother wondered out loud if I would do a project like this
again. YOU BET!!!!!! Raquel

Tammie, I really enjoyed making this quilt -- it was such fun to see my husband come to life before my eyes! I made the quilt for a challenge project in our
quilt guild. The theme was "When Quilters Talk, They Say It With Color." Blue is associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes
trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, understanding, integrity, seriousness, and truth -- all attributes that describe my husband. The technique used to make the quilt also represents Al's ability to
move beyond the minute details in order to see the big picture of any situation. He is my true blue love, so I named the quilt, My True Blue
You/Love Is Blue. Thanks for providing a terrific computer program that helped make this quilt so much fun to make! Annie Unrein

I was trying to find a way to get more out of quilting than traditional quilts, too boring and not orginal. Thank you for being so creative and sharing this with
others. I have never enjoyed quilting more than I do now. Denise Boos

Tammie,
I'm so very proud of the quilt below. It's of my father (who passed away
last year) and I'm giving it to my mom for Mother's Day. You helped me out with a couple of the colors through e-mail. Everyone has seen it has
been absolutely stunned that this looks just like him! Your program is unbelievable. I love the color palette, which was a great help in choosing
just the right fabrics. This quilt has 3060 pieces in 24 colors. I did it in the one-inch squares. Although it
took me a long time to sew as the squares were so small, it was completely worth it. I took it to my local fabric stores to
look for binding and backing and it was a hit! One of the employees took it around showing it to everyone. I was in Jo
-Ann Fabrics for over an hour talking to people about it. They were in awe. I can't wait to start my next one! Sincerely, Cindi Allen

I am sending you some pictures of my projects. It is like eating popcorn, I can't
quit. The flower is from my yard,The two babies are of my daughter Angela, when she was a baby and her son Jared. The handsome young man is my son Cody. I
can't wait to get started on the next one. Thanks again,
Alicia

Dear Tammie,
I had so much fun making my first mosaic quilt wallhanging. I've attached a copy of the photo for you to see.
As I was putting all the little squares onto the quilt, I thought perhaps I hadn't done it correctly because I wasn't seeing
anything emerging. Then I happened to set it on the sofa to show my husband,
and when I walked back into the room I was AMAZED--I could see their faces! I was simply too close.
I gave it to my eldest son (Josh) for Christmas. He loves it. And now I'm starting a second one--at my youngest son's request.

But when I looked at fabric thru the value -tool and used the software it was a piece of cake. I saw it directly, what to do. Thanks you so much for the
software. Here is a picture of the quilt. Not finnished, but it will soon be. Â Merry Christmas! Best regards

Hi Tammie
Attached is my first attempt at a mosaic quilt, this is my darling granddaughter Tyler Rose (taken while
she was in the bath), she is two years old, I love her to pieces. These are pictures of me holding the half
finished quilt up in our kitchen while my husband takes the photo. We are both blown away by the way it has turned out.
My friends have seen the outcome of my efforts and would like me to make a quilt for them and pay me for it!
Kind regards
Linda Petrie

Thank you for sending me the number grid and extra tricot fusible so promptly. (I was in your class in Lansing, MI) I stayed up until 3AM working on the quilt.
Last night I finally finished it and at first, thought it didn't work. Then I tacked it on the wall and backed up
and just said, "Oh my gosh" I couldn't believe it turned out. What fun! I can hardly wait to show it off at show
and tell at my ASG meeting. Thank you for creating such a delightful technique. I have printed out the grid
for a photo of my granddaughter in blacks and whites with the software. Now to find enough fabric for it. Thank you again. Nancy Kiernan

Hi, I’d like to tell you how glad I am that I saw you on Simply Quilts. I was so impressed and immediately had the idea to make a Mosaic Quilt of my daughter
and her son. I enjoyed the process so much, it was also a healing process for me because the baby in the picture, Andrew, my grandson, passed away in
June, 2004 at the age of 2. It was very emotional when I gave the quilt to my daughter and her family. I’d like to share with you a picture of it. Thank you
so much for sharing your technique. Karen Thompson p.s. I just love it hanging in my family room. I think I
forgot to mention thatI made two of the same exact quilts so that I could have one too.

 Tammie,
I am really happy with this. The dog's name is Ivy. Everyone who has seen it just can't believe how easy it was to do. I
can't wait to do more!!

Tammie, I thought you would like to see the first quilted photo that I did of my sister for her birthday. I am not a quilter, but
I enjoyed the software. I learned a lot from this first one. I plan to do one of my two dogs--Lhasa Apsos--next and since
one is black and one is white, I feel it will be quite a challenge.

Hi Tammie, I wanted to share my first quilt with you. I have been thinking
about making a quilt for several years, but didn't feel I had the time. When I saw you on Sewing with Nancy, I immediately
looked for your website as I knew that this process would be relatively quick. I loved pressing the pieces on and seeing the
pattern come to life. Thanks for your software and your quilting process. I have attached both my quilt and the photo I used for the pattern.

Thanks for the quick response. Attached is the original photo and a picture of the quilt about half way done. I think it is
looking pretty good. I finished laying out the squares and have been sewing it together. I ran out of bobbin thread twice
already. I guess it takes a lot of thread! I will send you another picture when I get it done. Murphy Quilt is a painting
my sister did of her dog that just passed away. Murphy2 is the photoquilt 1/2 layed out.

Tammie, I just completed my first quilt!!!!!! and I am so excited about it. This weekend I will be starting my second one
(my three grandson). I have to admit with the first one, I really thought I made mistakes especially with the light colors.
I chose a light green and it kinda stands out. But the photo is beautiful. I've ordered the pre-arranged fabrics from Nancy
and look forward to using Batiks I truly believe that they will be better. I will send you copies of both quilts when completed...
.I have to use the computers at the library and on the job to download the more
amazing quilt disc....I know now that I will have to invest in a new computer with scanning and photo printing capabilities....MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS AND
PLEASE KEEP ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST FOR UPCOMMING SEQUALS TO MORE AMAZINGING QUILT PHOTOGRAPHY.....

Thank you so much. I am almost finished with my first
quilt!! It is of my grandson and the results so far are incredible. I followed your instructions and arranged
the fabrics according to value. From then I had to go on faith because some of the fabrics looked the same to me.
Up until now, quilting had never appealed to me. It made no sense to me to cut up little pieces of good
fabric just to sew them together again. But this is totally different. This is art. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Sincerely,
Victoria Bledsoe

Tammie, I wanted to let you know that every time we offer your book as a class at Hartsdale Fabrics, we have an enthusiastic turnout, and the
students have done some amazing quilts using your method. I am attaching a photo I just received from one
of my students, this was a rather large and ambitious project she did of her family skiing. I thought you would enjoy seeing it. Leni Wiener

“Dear Tammie, I lost my son in 1992 and have been seeking a new way to keep him near even more than I already do with his photographs.
Your wonderful gift has given me something very precious that I can share with other family members. I'll be making one for my daughter too
. This is such a precious gift! Thank you for sharing your great ideas. You must be a wonderful mother, as just listening to you speak
about your daughter brings that feeling of warmth and tenderness. May God bless you in your life and family.” Carolyn Snell

got the pattern ready, all the material cut & attached in 1 weekend. Then I did the

"Your class was the best I have attended! Everyone placing squares of fabric, critiquing colors, pressing and sewing. Then the oooohs and aaaahs; as
masterpieces appeared, as if by magic. Everyone who has seen the Quilted Photo of
my grandchild cannot believe it was possible to achieve! When they cannot figure it
out, they look across the room at the mirror opposite of it and GASP. Thank you Tammie for a great innovative creation." Carolyn V.

"I loved your Quilted PhotoTM class. It is such a great sewing idea, as well as easy.

loved it. Your quilt idea helped me enjoy sewing and it is my motivation to continue to learn more techniques and ideas. Thank You" Nicole C.
